About The Project
Every project has a story: it begins with an idea, finds form in a name, and transforms into reality through dedicated execution.
1. Philosophy of the Name
The name "Rawafe" was inspired by the Holy Quran: “Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is Acquainted with what you do.
2. Project Concept
The Rawafe National Project was conceptualized by Mr. Al-Shaibani Abdullah Al-Shaibani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Youth Hostels Association.
3. Project Objectives
To develop leadership skills, discover youth talent, and empower young leaders to become proactive, influential figures in their communities.
4. The Starting Point
The inaugural phase of the forums launched in the city of Misrata on January 11, 2022, witnessing broad participation from young people across the country.
5. Vision & Development
The Libyan Youth Hostels Association is committed to high-quality organization and the continuous development of forums tailored to youth demographics.

We enhance the participant experience at Rawafe forums by creating dedicated spaces for feedback and collaboration.
All services, including accommodation, housing, and training rooms, are available at youth hostels and are of a high standard, which exceeded my expectations, indicating the association's attention to all details.
Honestly, I extend my thanks to the wonderful staff at the Libyan Youth Hostel in Misrata during the forum's activities. They are very friendly, and their goal is not just to perform their duties but to prioritize helping participants enhance their experience.
Our visit to the house during our participation in the forum was one of the most beautiful opportunities we had as young people, as it allowed us to learn about the role of the Youth Hostels Association, and we also witnessed the great efforts made by those in charge of organizing the forum in general.

ما هو المشروع الوطني روافع؟
روافع هو مشروع شبابي وطني أطلقته جمعية بيوت الشباب الليبية، يهدف إلى اكتشاف وتمكين وتأهيل الشباب الليبي من خلال ملتقيات تتضمن برامج تدريبية وانشطة ترفيهية متخصصة تسهم في بناء قدراتهم القيادية وتنمية مهاراتهم المختلفة.
من يمكنه المشاركة في ملتقيات روافع؟
تختلف الفئات المستهدفة من نسخة إلى أخرى، حيث تستهدف بعض النسخ المتفوقين والأوائل من خريجي الشهادة الثانوية، بينما تستهدف نسخ أخرى عموم الفئة العمرية المعتمدة للشباب والشابات، وكذلك بعضها تستهدف المهتمين بعدة مجالات منها التقنية أو القيادة أو اللغات أو الإعلام أو العمل التطوعي، وذلك بحسب البرنامج العام للنسخة الذي يعلن عنه عند فتح باب التسجيل بالملتقى.
هل المشاركة في ملتقى روافع مجانية؟
نعم، المشاركة في الملتقيات تكون مجانية بالكامل للمقبولين وفق شروط ومعايير كل نسخة، وتشمل النقل والإقامة والإعاشة بشكل مجاني طيلة أيام الملتقى.
كيف يمكنني التسجيل في ملتقيات روافع؟
عند فتح باب التسجيل يتم نشر رابط التسجيل عبر المواقع الإلكترونية ومنصات التواصل الإجتماعي الرسمية للجمعية ولمشروع روافع، ويمكن للراغبين تعبئة النموذج الإلكتروني وإرفاق المستندات المطلوبة إن وجدت.
هل يقتصر المشروع على مدينة معينة؟
المشروع وطني ويستهدف الشباب من مختلف المدن والمناطق الليبية.
هل يمكنني تقديم مقترح ملتقى؟
يقتصر تقديم مقترحات لإقامة ملتقيات روافع على المنتسبين لجمعية بيوت الشباب من خريجي مشروع روافع أو برنامج طموح، حال توفر مقترح شامل التفاصيل المطلوبة من قبل إدارة البرامج والأنشطة بالجمعية.
