Project Concept

جاء بفكرة مشروع Arms، عقب توليه رئاسة مجلس الإدارة إثر انتخابه عام 2021م، حيث رأى أهمية استحداث برامج شبابية نوعية بأفكار مبتكرة تواكب احتياجات الشباب المتجددة وتلبي تطلعاتهم المختلفة، واعتماد الخريجين من مثل هذه البرامج كمنتسبين إلى الجمعية بديلاً عن أليات الإنتساب التقليدية، ومن ثم وجه بإطلاق ملتقيات المشروع.

Philosophy of the Name
The name "Rawafe" was inspired by the Holy Quran
Verse (11) of Surah Al-Mujadila
"O you who have believed, when you are told, 'Space yourselves' in assemblies, then make space; Allah will make space for you. And when you are told, 'Arise,' then arise; Allah will raise those who have believed among you and those who were given knowledge, by degrees. And Allah is Aware of what you do."

General Targets
Between developing leadership skills, discovering youth talent, and empowering young leaders, the forum’s objectives are manifold.
Developing leadership and specialized skills and converting them into impactful practical capabilities for optimal application.
Discovering, refining, and supporting youth talents within the institutional work system.
Empowering youth and enabling them to overcome life's obstacles and challenges to achieve their aspirations.
Enhancing youth performance efficiency through qualitative training programs that keep pace with contemporary needs and developments.
Instilling values of citizenship, volunteerism, and social responsibility among youth.
Achieving sustainability and equal opportunity by engaging youth across various regions.

The Starting Point
The project's first Edition launched in the year 2022.
First Edition of the Rawafe
The activities of the first edition of the Rawafie Forum for Capacity Building of Libyan Youth Hostel Association Members launched in the city of Misrata on January 11, 2022, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board as part of the Rawafie National Project. This followed the Association's announcement opening registration for those wishing to participate via social media platforms and the Association's official website.

Target Groups
Rawafie forums generally target outstanding male and female high school students across all regions of the country via online registration.
Organization & Supervision
The Programs and Activities Administration is committed to the highest organizational and administrative standards to ensure forum quality and maximize participants' benefit from training sessions and workshops.
Forum Vision
The Association believes in the importance of organizing inclusive programs and forums for young people, aimed at expanding their capabilities and developing their leadership skills to drive positive change.
Program Development
The Association strives for the continuous development of the project's overall program, taking into account the importance of keeping pace with advancements and organizing specialized, diverse forums.
